| Kilbury Manor dates from the early 1700's and is a traditional Devon longhouse and former farm. Set within four acres of land, there is access to the river Dart from the meadow. Whilst only 1.5 miles from Buckfastleigh and the A38, we are set in a quiet,rural location with fine views of the surrounding countryside. We are ideally located for easy access to Dartmoor National Park and also the coast.

| We have four individually styled rooms, two in the converted barn and two within the house. Three are ensuite, and one has a private bathroom adjacent to the room. All rooms are spacious and extremely comfortable with full central heating, tv's, hospitality trays, hairdryers and magazines. |

Taking A38 south, exit at Buckfastleigh.Turn right on slip road, at small roundabout turn left, passing South Devon Railway on left hand side. Approx 0.5 mile turn left in to Old Totnes Road, following sign for caravan site. Approx 0.75 miles turn right in to Colston Road, and Kilbury Manor is furst property on left hand side.
