| Our double B&B bedrooms all have lovely period features, newly decorated and carpeted, and all have armchair and desk with free wireless broadband access. There are new en-suite shower rooms with power showers. Our guest dining room is available all-day for B&B guests with fridge and microwave for guests’ use. See our website for our extensive breakfast menu, including help-yourself buffet for guests in a hurry.
The two self-catering Suites are both very roomy, one a large Studio apartment sleeping 4 in a king-size bed plus double sprung sofa-bed, and the other a spacious 1-bed apartment sleeping 4 in a king-size bed plus two full-size singles. Both Suites have their own front door, parking, lounge, kitchen and bath/shower room. |

From South
M3 exit 5 at Hook, A30 to Hartley Wintney, right at roundabout onto A323 signposted Fleet, then left into Elvetham Road after crossing over railway. Queen Mary Close is a quarter mile on the right.
By train:
Fleet Station (50 minutes from London Waterloo) - taxi from Station, or 10 minutes walk.
