| Rooms |
Open all year round, our accommodation comprises seven bright modern en-suite twin, double and family rooms, sleeping up to six people. Two of the family rooms are on the ground floor and have their own separate entrances. (Dogs are allowed in these rooms) All rooms have a colour television, tea and coffee making facilities. A residents lounge is provided with a TV, fridge, and microwave. There is ample off-road parking.
We have no objection to guests making unlimited use of their rooms during the day. Guests are asked to vacate their rooms by 10:00am.
A strict no smoking policy operates in all bedrooms. A smoke detector system is in operation for your safety. |

The small village of West Wittering is bordered by beautiful sandy beaches, the conservation area of Chichester Harbour and the rolling South Downs.
Historic Chichester with its cathedral and Goodwood racetracks are seven miles north while Portsmouth, Brighton and Southampton are also easily accessible.
London is just one and a half hours drive or train ride away. |
