| As of March 2008 all of our rooms were fully refurbished. All of our rooms offer a generous amount of space and are finished with a contemporary style yet comfortable feel. Most rooms have sea views and en-suite facilities. All rooms are equiped with a fridge, tea and coffee making facilities and hairdryers. We also offer Wi-fi free of charge. |

As you enter Penznce from the A30 follow signs for Isles of Scilly ferry and Newlyn. Continue along the promenade with the sea to your left, until you come to a mini roundabout. Turn right at the roundabout onto Alexandra road. Take your second right onto Mennaye Road. Duporth Guest house is on your immediate right number 1.
