| This family owned guest house has been recently refurbished to a high standard. Situated 1.5 miles from the centre of Weston-Super-Mare we offer accommodation to suit the tourist and business person alike. Situated 5 mins from junction 21 of the M5 and only 30 mins from Bristol airport we are ideally suited to those wishing to explore the south west.
Our aim is to offer our guests the continued levels of hospitality that have been established over the last 23 years. |

| We have four comfortable modern bedrooms. All have en-suite shower rooms with luxury fittings.
Room one is a family room containing a kingsize and a single bed.There is room for a further single bed if required.
Room two is a family room containing a kingsize and single bed and room for a further single bed if required.
Room three is a standard double
Room four is a twin room with the option to convert the beds into a superking bed if required. All rooms contain flat screen tv's with freeview, wireless broadband is complementary. Hospitality trays and hairdryers are also in each of the rooms. |

Leave M5 at junction 21. Take exit signposted Weston-super-Mare. Branch left, merge onto the B3440 (signposted Locking Road hotels, B&Bs and guest houses. Take left hand lane signposted WSM & Worle. At roundabout, continue on the B3440. At the roundabout take the 3rd exit following signs for Town Centre / Seafront. At the mini roundabout head straight on. The Fernlea guest house is approx. 300 metres on the left immediately before the traffic lights.
