Exit at jcn 29 and take A30 towards Honiton. Keep in lefthand lane and leave A30 after 1/3 ml signed Rockbeare. 1 ½ mls take
left turn to Broadclyst and after a further 1 ½ mls turn right at Clyst Vale College towards Whimple. Heath Gardens is approx ¼ ml on the left.
From A303/A30
Approx 6 mls after Honiton exit A30 at DAISYMOUNT( 2nd Ottery St. Mary turn ).Follow signs for Rockbeare which takes you onto the old A30. After approx 4 mls turn right to Broadclyst and follow directions above. ( after “left to Broadclyst” ).
