| We are little more than a mile from Goodwood in the pretty Downland village of Singleton, half way between Chichester and Midhurst in West Sussex. Come and stay in our seperate annex where you will be served with continental style breakfast to your room, or in fine weather you can sit outside in our courtyard at the café style table under our wisteria and grape trellis. |

| We are unable to cater for pets and we operate a no-smoking policy for both inside the annex and the outside garden areas. Max 2 people occupancy. Room occupancy times are between 14:00 and 10:00am on the day of departure. |

* The standard double room rate is £70 per night (£35/pp/pn), or for a single occupancy £55 per night. Major Goodwood events double room rates (Festival of Speed, Glorious Goodwood and Goodwood Revival) are £110 per night (£55/pp/pn), or £95 per night for single occupancy. Reservation is secured by payment of 50% of the total booking cost. Cancellations within 2 weeks (standard rate) or one month (higher rate for Goodwood major events) of the booking date are regrettably not subject to a refund of the deposit. A no-show will be considered as a cancellation. Please refer to our website for full details of the accommodation, and direct booking payments.

| The village of Singleton borders the Goodwood Estate providing easy access to all of the Goodwood events. In the middle of the South Downs we are ideally located for walks as well as cultural, local craft and historic attractions including The Weald & Downland Museum, Uppark National Trust House, West Dean College and Chichester Festival Theatre. |
