| Opened in January 2006, we are an inviting and exclusive place to stay situated on the outskirts of Mablethorpe. We pride ourselves in offering you an excellent holidaying experience.
We want you to have a really great time away so we strive to provide the highest quality in everything we do.
All of our rooms are smoke free including the breakfast room/licensed bar. A Traditional English Breakfast is included in the very reasonable tariff. |

| Our rooms are fantastic. We aim to offer a little bit of luxury whether you are here for 1 night or a couple of weeks. All our rooms are very spacious and have been decorated to the highest standard and include a 'feature bed'. All rooms are en-suite with spacious bathrooms including a large walk in shower. The ingredients for your breakfast have been carefully selected from local produces to ensure that each day you are set up for the many different things to do in the local area. |
