  • Blackpool Tower and Circus. The famous Tower is home to a circus, aquarium and rides.

Unashamedly, Blackpool appeals to those looking for low-brow fun and entertainment  whatever your age, and it suceeds in delivering the fun in bucket loads! For high speed thrill seekers head for the Pepsi Max Big One, Infusion and other thrilling rides at the world-famous Pleasure Beach Resort, or why not slide the world’s longest indoor rollercoaster waterslide at Sandcastle Waterpark.  Blackpool Zoo is a great family day out with over 1,500 animals, birds and insects from all over the world or why not check out the Sea Life Centre for something alittle more fishy!

Fans of Stricly Come Dancing and ballroom and Latin dancing should visit the iconic Blackpool Tower and Empress Ballroom at the Winter Gardens.  Take a waltz around the magnificent ballroom!  The Blackpool Dance Festival is held in May and includes the Ballroom and Latin American dancing and incorporates the British Open Championships.

The list of attractions goes on and on and more are being added as Blackpool continues to develop. As you would expect, Blackpool is not short of restaurants, cafes, pubs and clubs, theatre, cinemas – there is simply no excuse to not go out and have a good time.
